Our Commitment to Safety

CMI Orchards is committed to producing the highest quality fruits as well as providing our customers and consumers with complete food safety. All of CMI’s warehouses are SQF level 3 certified. All orchards are certified or in transition to be GLOBAL G.A.P. certified. With extensive experience in both SQF and GLOBAL G.A.P. programs and certification, CMI works continuously with independent auditors and certification groups to ensure that growers and packing houses consistently meet all food safety program requirements.

Quality Control Programs

CMI's staff of QC inspectors work closely with packing and shipping supervisors to ensure all Federal, State and internal CMI grade standards are consistently met or exceeded. We pride ourselves on our consistent ability to ensure product quality through daily on-line QC inspections during packing, inspections of fruit being shipped and on-going internal measurements of fruit quality.
