CMI is committed to the production of the highest quality produce as well as providing the consumer with food safety assurance.
Under the direction of Bob Carter, CMI’s Food Safety Director, all of CMI’s warehouses are SQF level 3 certified. The orchards are all currently certified or in transition to be GLOBALG.A.P. certified.
With extensive experience in both SQF and GLOBALG.A.P. programs and certification, Bob works with 3rd party auditors to ensure that growers and packing houses are in compliance and works with CMI packing houses to manage HACCP programs.
