CMI is a state-of-the-art example of what quality control standards should be. The 8 dedicated members of our QC staff each have an average of 20 years of experience and knowledge of the fruit industry from orchard operations, warehouse packing and production, to shipping, sales and marketing.

Our inspectors rotate on a daily basis between our 7 packing houses. This helps us maintain consistency in our product. Strict attention to detail is the most important QC aspect, and most crucial to CMI. The products we send are packed, stored and shipped with meticulous care and handling.
